Friday Journal

This week I learned some new things. First, in my Geometry class, I learned about some new shapes. They were kites and trapezoids. It was fairly easy to learn about. Second, in my Spanish class, I took a test on the chapter we just went over. I believe I did very well on that test. In my English class, we learned some new vocabulary words and we turned in a Bibliography and Final Draft for our Lifeboat Project. In my T.V. Production class, I learned some new positions while using the camera and how to do different shots quicker than I regularly do. Finally, in my Biology class, we learned about the cell cycle and the different cell division that occur inside of a cell everyday.

I can tell that the test on the cell cycle will be exceptionally easy.

Friday Journal

This week I learned a lot of new things. First off, in my Geometry class I learned about triangles and how their angles provide you with certain information, we had a test on that Thursday, I believe I did well. In English class, we are doing a massive project that probably impacts our grades bigtime. We turned in a First Draft on Friday, we worked on that all week. Finally, in Biology class we are learned about the Cell Cycle. It is pretty interesting.

I can tell this project is going to be hard in my English class, I hope I did well on the First Draft.

Friday Journal

This week I learned a bunch. In Geometry, we learned about triangles and different lines inside of them. In English I learned about different parts of speech and we reviewed our new project. In T.V. Production I learned different camera angles and how to work the big cameras. In Biology I learned about Cellular Respiration and had a quiz on it Thursday. It was very difficult in my perspective. I didn't do very well, but I didn't fail.

I'm expecting this class to get even harder than it is, it's going to be difficult to keep the "A" I have in that class.

Friday Journal

This week I learned a bunch. In Geometry, we took a test on the things we learned the week before and this week. I did very well, I got a 90% on the test. In English, we finished the book Night. We started essays on a certain theme from the book. In T.V. Production, we learned how to move the camera in certain ways to get different types of shots. In Biology, we learned about the different processes that take place in photosynthesis. It is very hard to learn.

I believe that Biology will be a hard subject for me.

Friday Journal

This week I learned a bunch. In Geometry, I learned how to solve some equations. They were hard at first, but now I'm getting the hang of them. In English class, we haven't learned anything yet, but we've been reading the book Night. It is a very interesting book so far, it's not that long either. I like books like that. In Biology, I learned tons. I learned about different things that happen inside of cells. It is way to complicated to explain on here, so I'll just leave it at that.

Biology class is not going to be easy for me, I'm going to have to work hard.

This week I learned some new things. In my Geometry class we are learning how to simplify radicals which is pretty hard for me. In my English class we started a new book called Hiroshima and it is very interesting. In my T.V. Production class we are starting to learn about cameras. Finally in my Biology class we are learning about cells.

I think my T.V. Production class is going to be very interesting.

This week I didn't learn that much. Probably only in my English class that I learned something. I learned 10 new vocabulary words, even though the test is Monday. It was supposed to be Friday, but we had to do some recording. I had test in my Biology class that I didn't do so well on. It was a very difficult test.

I can tell that the tests in my Biology class are going to be difficult this year.

This week I learned a bunch. In my first class, Geometry, I learned some new rules for postulates. Also, I learned new theorems. In my third class, English, I learned 10 more vocabulary words and some stuff about clauses and sentence types. We had a test on them Friday. In my final class, Biology, I learned about enzymes and how they break stuff down. It is very interesting.

I already can tell I will like Biology class. I always learn something new.

Friday Journal

This week, in my English class, I learned 10 new vocabulary words. We had a test on Friday on those words. I believe I did very well on that test. In my Geometry class we had a test on Friday on the stuff we learned this and last week. I believe I did well on that test too. In my Biology class, we had a lab. We were experimenting with liver. It smelled awful, but it was a pretty cool lab.

I think I will like doing labs in my Biology class, they are very interesting.

This week I learned a lot. In English class I learned some new vocabulary words. There were ten of them, and we had a test on them Friday. I believe I got a good grade on that test because I studied. Also, I learned how to solve for an endpoint in Geometry class. In Biology class I learned that Herpetology is the study of Amphibians and Reptiles. I never knew that until this week.

Friday Journal

I worked extremely hard in all of my classes this week. I am taking six classes this semester. First is Geometry, I worked hard on my homework and the test I had on Friday. Next, I have Spanish II. In that class I work hard on my homework. Then, I have English. In that class I work hard on studying for vocabulary tests every Friday. After that I have T.V. Production. In that class I really don't have a lot of work to do, but when I do, I will work hard on it. Fifth, I have Personal Fitness. In that class I work extremely hard on the mile run every Wednesday. Finally, I have Biology. I work hard on the homework, which is given quite frequently.

I like T.V. Production because it is really fun and we don't do a lot of hard work. Also, we never have homework. But, I also like it because we learn how to mix sounds and record on the cameras. This week, we learned how to mix two sounds to make into one. Its called a Segue.

I can already tell this is going to be my favorite class.
